As an Accredited On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) there are 3 types of SAP Calculation that I can carry out for you.
When you reach the end of construction you will also require your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which will be produced for you when the dwelling is fully completed.
